Mrs. Gavino has extensive industry experience supporting Defense Programs.  She possesses over 20 years of US Government and Industry experience. A consummate professional, Mrs. Gavino experience facilitates development and ongoing, trusting, productive relationships with stakeholders to successfully achieve organizational, program, and contract goals. As an integral operational team member, she brings a proven record in program analysis, capture, proposal development and program and contracts management.

Mrs. Gavino holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s Certification in Program Management. Her experience includes 10 years Active Duty (USMC and USN) specializing in Contracts and Supply Chain experience much of it managing and supporting programs in the Tier One, Joint Services community.  Since separating from the military, her experience has been predominantly with Small Business, Defense Services Companies where she is an integral capture, proposal, and contracts and operational teammate.

A sought-after subject matter expert in all aspects of proposal support and contracts management, she routinely conducts requirements analysis for strategic value identification, develops win percentage probability and compiles available resource, capabilities and past performance data.  As a team member on multiple proposal efforts, her successes include many IDIQ and Single Award contracts ranging in value from $150K to $949M awarded to her supported Small Businesses for performance execution in support of the US Government.
