Entropy Technology Design, Inc. Issued Patent

"I am very proud to announce that Entropy Technology Design, Inc. has been issued a patent for its proprietary severe weather detection technology!"Tami Fitzpatrick, CEO Our patented technology offers a more advanced way to detect and understand thunderstorms and tornados. The heart of the Nimbus technology is the use of special sensors to detect magnetic fields that are produced by the movement of charges within storms. Lightning strokes are the sudden movement of thousands of amps of electrons, but charges are constantly moving in many other ways as storms develop and move across the landscape. Our technology collects the very low frequency magnetic signatures and uses software to convert this information into a 3-dimensional geometry of the storm. Our new…

U.S. saw its 4th-warmest year on record, fueled by a record-warm December

The year 2021 was marked by extremes across the U.S., including exceptional warmth, devastating severe weather and the second-highest number of billion-dollar weather and climate disasters on record.   The nation also saw an active wildfire year across the West as the north Atlantic Basin stayed busy with its third most-active Atlantic hurricane season on record, according to scientists from NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information. Here’s a recap of the climate and extreme weather events across the U.S. in 2021: READ MORE AT NOAA.gov https://www.noaa.gov/news/us-saw-its-4th-warmest-year-on-record-fueled-by-record-warm-december

DEADLY TORNADOES CLAIM OVER 60 LIVES!

Dec 13, 2021 Climate change is steadily increasing the strength and severity of extreme weather events such as hurricanes and tornados.  The recent tornado outbreak in the U.S. highlights the rising danger that comes from this increase in the energy available to storms.  Entropy Technologies patented NIMBUS™ storm detection technology is poised to be a powerful tool in the early detection and warning of tornados and thunderstorms using a proprietary method of capturing the geometry of the changing magnetic fields  generated by evolving storm cells.  Both lightning and tornados are the end result of the physical structure and characteristics of a storm.  The NIMBUS™ technology is capable of detecting the changes in the magnetic fields that allow more accurate plotting…
